Gynecomastia

Gynecomastia’s causes vary, including hormonal imbalance, obesity, puberty, older age, alcohol misuse, medicine side effects, use of illegal drugs, infection or lumps in the testicles, etc. It usually occurs in teenage boys and older men. At rare times, gynecomastia happens to newborn baby boys too.

Symptoms:

  • Abnormal swelling or enlargement of men’s breasts than normal
  • Just a small amount of tissue around the nipples
  • Or completely prominent enlargement of one or both of the breasts
